Fred Saleh Fred Saleh received the Lord Jesus as his savior and Lord in his native country of Iran in 1974. Upon the recommendation of his pastor, Fred began a weekly Bible study and prayer meetings at his home, which resulted in scores of his relatives and friends to come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. It became evident that Fred Saleh was endowed with a divine gift of teaching and shepherding. In 1977, Fred, who had been a successful and high-ranking executive in the Petroleum industry, was transferred to London, England. This move resulted in the formation of a fellowship, and later a vibrant church that up to now exists in London. The Lord began to use Fred in a mighty way and to reveal great and deep truths and principles for Christ-centered living, which became the basis of Fred's ministry to the body of Christ in London. In 1980 Fred along with his family immigrated to Canada. Upon arriving in Canada, Fred began home Bible studies and prayer meetings, which, over time, became a vibrant and effective church in Toronto. In 1994, Fred Saleh accepted the position of senior elder and pastor of the Church on the Rock (Toronto) where he continues to serve and to speak God's message to the church on weekly basis. The thrust of Fred Saleh's message is the utter degeneration and failure of Christianity in being the effective and representative vessel of God's testimony on earth and the necessity of a faithful remnant to rise up, just as in the time of Elijah and the corrupt kingdoms of Israel and Judah, and to declare the "Whole Counsel of God" and the imminent and impending return of Jesus Christ and the establishment of His kingdom. The principle of conformity to the image of Christ as a prerequisite and condition to a victorious entrance and reigning in the kingdom alongside Jesus Christ is the focus of Fred Saleh's pastoral and teaching emphasis in order to equip the church for an effective expression, representation, and manifestation of God's purpose and plan for humanity and the responsibility of the believer to gain the inheritance of Christ's glorious kingdom at the judgment (Bema) seat of Christ. Fred Saleh has authored a thought-provoking and confrontational series of books under the title of, "Breaking The Silence", which is highly recommended for those who seek the deeper truths of God's word and His kingdom. In 1999, Fred was burdened to take this message worldwide, which resulted in the formation of Acts13 Christian Ministries (www.acts13.com). Today, many people from all 4 corners of the world are familiar with Fred's teachings and continue to support his efforts to be a lonely voice in the wilderness of compromised and commercialized Christianity. Fred lives in Toronto with his wife Irene and his four children, their respective spouses, and his two granddaughters.
